Whether you're looking for a small intimate setting or a large company celebration, our facility will provide the perfect backdrop for you and your guests. From menu and beverage selection to decorations and invites, our onsite party planner will ensure that no detail is overlooked. Our location has a brand new state of the art audio and video system and can provide various entertainment options to suit your functions needs. Wicked Wolf Tavern has the warm welcoming atmosphere, the staff and expertise to make sure your next special event surpasses all of your expectations. Banquet Policies

Regulations
We require a total guest number to be confirmed no less than 5 days before any event.
The minimum number of guests stated at this time will be the minimum price charged per head, if actual attendance is greater than this number then that will be the number charged. We require your menu selection at least 1 week prior to your event.

Billing
A Final bill will be presented to you at the end of your function and payment in full will be required.

Deposits
All room reservations must be accompanied with a 20% deposit which will be taken off the final bill. There will be NO confirmation until a deposit and signed reservation agreement is received. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON –REFUNDABLE.

Charges
Most items may be served either buffet style or as a full service sit down.
For the sit down options a $2 charge per person will apply.

If no food and beverage is required for your function a room rental fee will be applied.
Back Room Rental Fee with no food or beverage purchase starts at $500

Sunday- Thursday:
•No charge for Rugby room, Terrace, Upstairs or downstairs bar.
•$100 flat rate for back room.

Friday & Saturday
•Rugby room % Terrace: $50 per hour.
•Downstairs bar, upstairs and back room: $100 per hour.
*backroom cleared by 9pm or rate will be subject to change

All functions held in the Wicked Wolf are subjected to a 6% state tax and 18% gratuity fee.
